LISTING COMMISSION PLANS: (For homes under $1,000,000). We offer three different plans with features based on the services you would like. FLAT FEE PLAN: (For homes over $1,000,000). We set a fixed fee for properties sold for over $1,000,000. But why use price ranges? The sale and marketing of luxury homes involve higher expenses, such as elevated marketing costs, increased broker fees, greater liability for agents and brokerages, and often longer market durations. Additionally, sellers of luxury properties justifiably seek agents with enhanced expertise and advanced skills.
As a result, the expenses involved in successfully marketing and selling luxury homes are significantly higher. However, if the same agent is managing both scenarios, should the commission for a $3 million property be three times that of a $1 million property? The answer is “No.” That’s why we provide a FLAT FEE listing plan for homes starting at $1 million.
