We insure you have a professionally presented listing for the MLS and internet.
- We recommend pricing based on factual, comparable sales research.
- We complete the listing paperwork.
- We enter the MLS Listing.
- Your property goes on all the national real estate websites including Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia, along with all national and local brokerages that display MLS listings on their website.
- We take High-Resolution Photos. (Professional Photographer & Aerial drone photos also available at additional fee)
- We Install A Yard Sign.
- For luxury home marketing, we offer several optional extended marketing services to give listings a huge boost!
Showing The Property:
We are Full-Service agents, so we handle everything just like the 6% commission agents do!
- Basic Staging recommendations. (Professional Furniture Staging services available at additional cost)
- Receive agent showing appointment notifications automatically via text and email notifications.
- Sellers can approve all the showings by text/email notifications.
- We ask for feedback from Buyer’s Agents on all showings, and pass the completed feedback along to Sellers.
- We recommend changes to pricing if market indicators or feedback suggest it’s needed.
Offers, Negotiations, Contract, & Closing:
Once an offer is presented to us, we will promptly contact you and discuss the terms. We will negotiate the terms with the Buyer’s agent or Buyer. Once the Seller and Buyer agree to all terms, we will help guide the entire process from contract execution to closing, just like the 6% agents would do, but you can look forward to saving a whole lot of money at closing by choosing US to list and sell your home!
