There is no cost to you for our Buyer’s Agent services when buying an MLS listed property or New Builder construction that cooperates with Realtors. As your “Buyers Agent”, our commission will be paid by the Listing Brokerage or Builder for the new property you choose to purchase. Our Choice Plan Listing Process includes everything you expect!
- Together, we tour your home with you.
- Discuss the current values and recent sales in the community.
- Agree on a list price, and we sign a 6 month listing agreement as your “exclusive right to sell” broker.
- We take photos, and create MLS listing.
- Showing appointments are scheduled
- When offer comes in, we review offer with you and counter offer as necessary.
